Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and MASSASOLO MS LLC ("MASSASOLO MS," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the MV2 mobile application and related services (the "Service"). Please read them carefully.

Please note: these Terms include a disclaimer of warranties and a limitation of our liability (Sections 11 and 12), and they explain that you meet other members at your own risk (Section 8).

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using MV2, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MV2. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older, that you can form a binding contract, and that you are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may not create an account for anyone else or impersonate any person or organization.

4. Communities and Organizers

MV2 is a platform of independent communities created and run by hosts ("Organizers"). MASSASOLO MS provides the software; Organizers operate their own communities, set their own house rules, decide who to admit, and choose which features (including any dating or introductions layer) are enabled.

MASSASOLO MS is not responsible for the conduct of Organizers or members, for the accuracy of what they post, or for any offline events, meetings, dues, or arrangements a community organizes. Your relationship with a community and its Organizer is between you and them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or harm another person;
Post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates others' rights;
Solicit money, promote scams, or send spam;
Misrepresent your identity or age, or use another person's photos or information;
Collect or scrape other members' information, or use the Service to build a competing product;
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any community's rules.

We and Organizers may remove content, and we may suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms or a community's rules.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create, including your profile, photos, messages, and posts ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant MASSASOLO MS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, showing your profile to your community or delivering your message to its recipient). This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies retained as required by law or in routine backups.

You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights to share it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.

7. Connections, messaging, and introductions

Some communities offer ways to connect members: likes, matches, host introductions, or opt-in features. Participation is voluntary. One-way signals (such as a like or a private crush) are kept confidential unless they become mutual. Messaging is available between members who have connected as the community's settings allow. You are responsible for how you communicate with others.

8. Meeting other people safely

MASSASOLO MS does not conduct criminal background checks or otherwise verify the identity or conduct of members. While communities are gatekept by their Organizers, we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or safety of any member. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others, online and in person. Use good judgment, meet in public, tell someone where you're going, and stop contact with anyone who makes you uncomfortable. Report concerns to the Organizer and to us.

9. Payments

MV2 is currently offered at no charge. If we introduce paid features, community memberships, or introduction fees in the future, we will present the price and terms before you are charged. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's terms, and any applicable fees, taxes, and refund policies will be disclosed at the point of purchase.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including the MV2 name, logo, software, and design, is owned by MASSASOLO MS and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any connection, match, or relationship will result from your use.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MASSASOLO MS and its owners and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or your interactions with other members. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US$100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MASSASOLO MS and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, your interactions with others, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

14. Termination

You may stop using MV2 and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 11, 12, and 13) will survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of MV2 after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
